Beautiful brush strokes. Is it just a coincidence that some of your letters remind me of the ones in the Book of Kells. The r with a narrow arch would work better in the text (the one similar in the f). Kudos for the full extended Latin set. Congratulations. 10/10

Thank you everyone for the comments regarding the Fort Dodge font. I'm relatively new to this site but I've found I really enjoy creating these things, so it's especially nice when others who have been doing this awhile offer their encouragement and suggestions. Thank you again.

Regarding Frodo7's question, I'm ashamed to say I was completely unfamiliar with the Book of Kells before I read your comment. I've since looked up information on those manuscripts, and I feel even worse that I never bothered to learn about something so historically important and downright beautiful! Thank you for opening my eyes; I've got reading material for days now.

I think the similarities between the text in the venerable Book of Kells and my very amateur scribblings here stem from the fact that I began this font with the idea that the width of the letter strokes would vary from narrow to broader, as if written with a calligraphy pen. Thanks to your suggestion, I believe I'll explore and try to improve my abilities with that calligraphic style.

In the few months that you have been using FS you have made quite a leap forward - this is a very competent and pleasing design. 10/10
